This “Identifying Real Decision-Makers” workshop will be presented by Gloria Larkin of TargetGov and will cover:

  • One of the most challenging aspects in federal government sales is understanding the real decision-making process, who exactly is involved, and how long it should take. Attendees to this session will learn who the multiple layers of decision-makers are, how to find them and what exactly they want to hear to open doors to decision-maker meetings. We will also cover the common mistakes that slam doors shut and how to avoid them.
