In this interactive workshop with TALLsmall Productions, receive an overview of the art of negotiation and ready-to-use tips and style tweaks.
Then, we’ll move into a panel discussion featuring expert negotiators from the business community on such topics as licensing deals, term sheets, employee contracts and sales.
Panelists include individuals from organizations such as Mind Over Machines, Kensington Sales Group and Potomac Photonics.
Utilize the expert advice during a series of role-play activities. Everyone will leave with tips on what words and body language are most effective in closing a deal, how to answer difficult questions without becoming flustered, how to identify entry points for compromise and how to become a better listener – and ultimately a better negotiator.
