Membership is Month-to-Month.

No long-term commitment!

Membership is required for participation in hotDesks. Different membership levels are available based upon the frequency and number of days per month a member wishes to utilize the coworking facility.

All members are required to provide debit/credit card information against which all charges for participation are billed.

Terms of service
Application

All memberships include:

  • Access to work surfaces, chairs, and lounge area
  • Access to wireless high-speed internet access to boosted cell
  • Access to boosted cell phone signal and Skype room for private calls
  • Unlimited coffee, tea, water, and popcorn
  • Access to network printer and shredder

PLUS the following Benefits:

  • FREE or discounted admission to ALL hotDesks events & activities
  • Waiver of $100 loan application fee to Eastern Shore Revolving Loan Portfolio

Membership Levels

Full-Time Individual

(per person)

  • $110 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee
  • Up to 7 days per week, 24/7 magnetic card access
  • Includes 4 hours' access to conference rooms per month, each additional hour at 50% discount on hourly room rate

Part-Time Individual

(per person)

  • $55 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee
  • Up to 3 days per week, 24/7 magnetic card access
  • Includes 2 hours' access to conference rooms per month, each additional hour at 50% discount on hourly room rate

Basic Individual

(per person)

  • $28 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee
  • Up to 1 day per week, 24/7 magnetic card access
  • Additional days at 50% discount on Drop-In rate
  • 50% discount on conference room rate

Full-Time Business

(up to three individuals in same business)**

  • $220 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee
  • Up to 7 days per week, 24/7 magnetic card access
  • Includes 4 hours' access to conference rooms per month, each additional hour at 50% discount on hourly room rate

Part-Time Business

(up to three individuals in same business)

  • $110 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee
  • Up to 3 days per week, 24/7 magnetic card access
  • Includes 2 hours' access to conference rooms per month, each additional hour at 50% discount on hourly room rate

Basic Business

(up to three individuals in same business)

  • $55 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee

** Special membership rates for businesses with more than three individuals are negotiable.

Dedicated Offices

(Chestertown only)

  • $350 per month, plus one-time $25 set-up fee
  • Up to 7 days per week, 24/7 magnetic card access
  • Includes 4 hours' access to conference rooms per month, each additional hour at 50% discount on hourly room rate
  • Must be a startup less than 3 years
